We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead sales efforts in the Bay Area, USA. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving growth, building relationships with enterprise clients, and positioning Awareye as the premier Vision AI solution in the region. This role involves developing and executing a strategic sales plan, identifying opportunities in key industries, and fostering strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in technology sales, preferably within AI, computer vision, or related fields, and a deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles.

In this role, you’ll be working directly with industry veterans and IIT alumni, Anoop Mishra and Mandeep Chauhan, the co-founders of Awareye. With decades of combined expertise in AI, machine learning, and industrial technology, our team is driving innovation and transforming industries with advanced computer vision AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy tailored to the Bay Area market, targeting key industries such as logistics, manufacturing, and security.
  • Lead Generation & Business Development: Identify new business opportunities by engaging with potential clients, building a robust pipeline, and nurturing long-term relationships.
  • Client Engagement: Act as the primary contact for enterprise clients, understanding their specific needs and challenges, and positioning Awareye's Vision AI solutions as the best-fit technology.
  • Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed sales targets by closing deals, expanding client accounts, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure that client feedback is integrated into product development and marketing initiatives.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments to inform sales strategies and drive growth.
  • Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations with clients, ensuring favorable terms for Awareye while maintaining strong, long-lasting partnerships.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in technology sales, preferably in AI, computer vision, or enterprise SaaS.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a high-growth technology company.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and experience engaging with senior-level decision-makers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Zoho CRM, Salesforce or HubSpot for managing leads and tracking sales performance.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience selling AI/ML, Vision AI, or video analytics technologies.
  • Existing network of enterprise clients in industries such as logistics, surveillance, or manufacturing.
  • Working knowledge of Vision AI frameworks and applications (e.g., YOLO, DeepStream SDK) is a plus.
